SEC-02 · Delivery
We carry the part nobody enjoys
Five stages, and we are answerable at every one of them. Nothing moves to the next stage on somebody's word alone.
Verify
Every company is checked before it can be offered work: registration, licences, tax identity, screening against sanctions lists, its equipment, its people, and the work it has actually finished.
Match
When a funder announces work, we shortlist the companies that can genuinely do it — and the reasons are written down, so the choice can be explained rather than defended.
Place
The work is split into pieces, priced and placed with a company. Deliverables, milestones, dates and budget are agreed before anyone starts, and everybody signs what they agreed to.
Monitor
Progress is claimed against evidence, not against optimism. Photographs carry the time they were taken. Where a site cannot be visited, an independent monitor goes instead, and their finding is recorded as theirs.
Report and settle
Claims are assembled with the proof behind them, invoiced, and reconciled against what was budgeted and what was delivered. Everyone is reading one record, including the funder.
