For companies

Be seen by funders you would never have met.

One profile, checked once. Work announced in your sector instead of passed around privately. And if you would rather build than file, our staff prepares the paperwork for you.

The problem, from where you sit

The work goes to whoever was already in the room

You could have done that job. You did not hear about it. And the job you did win came with a filing cabinet you never agreed to carry.

You never heard about it

The work was described in a meeting, discussed among people who already knew each other, and placed before anyone outside that room could ask for it.

AccessC-01

You prove yourself from zero every time

Each new funder asks for the same licences, the same registration, the same references — and you assemble the same folder again for somebody who has never heard of you.

RepetitionC-02

Then the paperwork arrives

Reports on a template you have not seen, claims in a format nobody explained, and a payment that waits while somebody argues about whether the work was really done.

What you get

Five things, and the last one outlives the contract

Being on this platform does not win you work. It puts you where the work can find you, and it takes the filing off your desk.

A company profile and its sections
Checked once
One profile, checked once

Assemble the folder once, and every funder sees it

Registration, licences, tax identity, your equipment, your staff, your locations, the awards you hold and the work you have finished. You put it together once. We check it once.

After that, every funder on the platform is looking at the same verified profile. You stop rebuilding the same folder for people who have never heard of you.

Work announced in your sector
Work announced, not circulated

You see the work while it is still open

When a funder announces work in your sector and your country, it is announced — on the platform, with its scope, its dates and its closing date, to every company qualified to answer it.

We will not pretend this is a guarantee. You still have to be shortlisted and you still have to win. What changes is that you find out in time to try.

Your company We prepare it — you send the receipts You prepare it yourself

We do the paperwork

Send us the receipts, or do it yourself. You choose.

If you would rather be on site than at a desk, send us the receipts and the proof and our staff prepares the claims, the reports and the compliance filing for you.

If you have an administrator who would rather keep control of it, you do it yourself in the system. You choose per relationship — the answer can be different for two funders, and it can change when your capacity changes.

Either way the funder receives one claim, in the format that funder requires, with the same proof behind it.

Finished work on a company profile
A record that follows you

What you finish becomes something a future funder can see

Work you complete stays on your profile: what it was, when it ran, what it was worth and whether it was delivered on time. It is measured from the record rather than written as a reference.

The company that finished eleven projects on time has something to show for it the twelfth time, and it does not depend on anyone remembering to say so.

What we ask of you

Three things, and none of them are negotiable

A page that only promises is a sales pitch. Here is the other half, before you spend an afternoon on the forms.

Verification before you can bid

Registration, licences, tax identity and sanctions screening — and they have to stay current. A licence that expires closes the door until it is renewed. There is no way round this and we would not offer one.

Before biddingA-01

Evidence with every claim

Photographs, delivery notes, certificates, receipts — whatever the contract declared as proof for that piece of work. Captured at the time, not assembled afterwards from memory.

With every claimA-02

Honesty about capacity

If your profile says ten trucks and four engineers, that has to be true on the day somebody counts. Taking work you cannot finish costs you the record that took years to build — and it is the record, not the promise, that wins the next one.

Send us your company

Tell us what you build, where you work and what you have finished. We will tell you what verification would need, and how long it usually takes.
